Envelope Printing:

Outer Envelope ......................   $0.50 each
Inner Envelope* .....................   $0.35 each
Return Address Back Flap……   $0.25 each

**Add 10% to your printing order if using colored ink.

* Inner envelopes include the inner envelope which contain the invitation, etc. and are usually addressed, “Mr. and Mrs. Smith”, As well as RSVP envelopes which are all addressed with the same address.

Set-Up Fee for Proof Creation:

$15.00 for Outer and/or Outer & Inner envelope sets numbering 10-125.
$25.00 for Outer and/or Outer & Inner envelope sets numbering 126-350.

This is for the re-entry of your guest list into our software in order to create your Proof.

Stuffing, Stamping, and Mailing Services:

Assembly of inner and outer envelopes including sealing…………...   $0.30 each
Stamping - Inner RSVP Envelopes…………………………………………….   $0.15 each

****If you choose our convenient assembly and stamping service, Somewhere In Time will mail your invitations from the Nekoosa, Wisconsin post office Free of Charge.

****If sending your invitations and supplies to be assembled at Somewhere In Time, please have a completely assembled invitation weighed at your local post office so that you may purchase the stamps of your choice at your local post office and include them along with your order.  A completely assembled invitation will be re-weighed at the local Nekoosa USPS to determine the exact postage required for your envelopes. 

We encountered a case in 2008 where a customer was told the wrong postage amount by her local post office for her square envelopes, (Square Envelopes are ALWAYS extra postage!!). We caught the mistake, purchased the extra postage and applied it to her entire order saving her the bounce backs of her entire guest list!

Shipping Costs:

Actual Return Shipping Amount + $6.50 Handling & Fuel Charge

*** If you care about your invitation envelopes- DO NOT SEND THEM IN AN ENVELOPE OF ANY KIND OR THROWN LOOSE IN A BOX.  DO NOT SHIP  IN THE Stationery COMPANY BOX.  The best way: Leave your envelopes in the stationery box, stick those boxes in a clean kitchen trash bag,  then pack that in a large box with some paper or cushioning around it.  If left loose in a large box, your envelopes will shift resulting in dented/bent corners.

A completely assembled envelope will be weighed by the USPS to determine the exact postage required for each envelope. The customer is responsible for all postage costs.

*** Shipping cost for completed order return will be determined according to customer’s zip code and box weight, as well as customer shipment preferences such as overnight shipping. Shipping cost will be added to remaining balance due and will appear in the final invoice.

We are happy to email a scanned copy of any shipping receipts.  Somewhere In Time will return-ship your completed printing order via whatever method the customer is most comfortable with.  This return shipping amount will appear on the final invoice included with every completed order.

The customer may email a pre-printed return shipping label. 

The customer must specify Fed Ex Overnight, 2-day, Ground, or USPS Express or Priority. 

Overnight shipping via Fed Ex is very expensive!  Expect to pay $60 - $110.00 for Overnight shipping.  USPS Express is actually a 2-Day delivery from most zip codes- Rarely is USPS ever Overnight shipping- although it usually costs less than Fed Ex Overnight.  USPS Priority is usually a 3-5 day delivery, (although not guaranteed), but it is the Most Economical at an average of $10.00 -$20.00 depending on box weight.

Other Fees:

Avoid a $10.00 Proof Re-Entry Fee!!

***After reviewing your proof, nearly every customer wants to make at least one change.  We will go into the software and apply a normal amount of changes free of charge; however, if changes are requested to more than half of your Proof/Guest list after proof creation, there will be an additional $10.00 Re-entry Fee which will appear on your invoice.

Reprints:

There is a $10.00 flat fee for any reprints which are sent after the completion of the order + the normal printing charge per envelope.
